Delivering the best & creative service to clients.
• Request processing: Receiving, answering questions and processing customer requests via call center or directly at the office.
• Contract management: Assisting customers in searching, adjusting information, paying premiums and managing insurance benefits.
• Complaint resolution: Handling and clarifying customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments (such as Underwriting, Claims) to provide satisfactory answers.
• Care and consultation: Providing information about products, promotional programs and assisting customers in registering and using the online portal.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor
Experience: Customer service experience
Skills required:
• Careful, accurate and honest characteristic
• Ability to identify, analyse, organise and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner
• Good time management skill, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
• Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
