About the Role
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations - directly contributing to the growth of the company.
What You Will Do
Manage the
full-cycle recruitment process
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding.
Proactively
source candidates
via LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, communities, and headhunting.
Partner closely with
Hiring Managers
to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pool
for future hiring demands.
Execute
employer branding activities
across multiple platforms.
Track, analyze and optimize
recruitment performance metrics
.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
Requirements
At least
3 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
Strong skills in
sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication
.
Familiar with hiring across
Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, Operations
roles is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Good English communication is an advantage.
Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.
