We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role requires good market insight and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent trends
Screening & Selection
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams
Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights
Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status
Employer Branding & Process Improvement
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
