Mô tả công việc
1. Provide speedy and professional service of dry-card & panel to project customers.
2. Provide aesthetic sampling of creation paints to project customers (stonetex - sandtex - acryltex)
3. Proactively searching and offering wide-range of color selection to internal customers supporting them win more spec and projects
4. Actively action and participate in continuous improvements to shorten lead-time of service, to reinforce the sampling procedure, to increase color accuracy, to build a huge color selection meeting market demand
5. Actively solving out technical issue at sampling house and proactively prevent technical nature occurring at existing customers.
6. Attend the testing process as well as the implementation of new products and technologies.
7. Develop and maintains relationships with internal and external customers, in order to keep and grow the business.
8. Develop new software and system to monitor all sampling requests to meet AkzoNobel's service commitment
9. Deliver periodical progress reports, proactively submit information regarding trends within the market and provide recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the market.
Yêu cầu
1. Knowledge: Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or related field.
2. Work experience
a. Paints & Coatings industry
b. B2B industry environment
c. 3-5 years working at Customer Service or Technical Service function
d. 2-3 years of team management
e. Master of Science in related field and/or business administration will be a strong preference
3. Skills
a. Customer & result-oriented skill
b. Stakeholder & Team management
c. Communication and presentation
d. Color matching & evaluation will be a strong preference
