Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing Chinese and Taiwanese VIP clients.
• Actively grow and expand the Chinese clientele base through excellent service and relationship-building.
• Implementing the improvements to customer service.
• Deliver prompt and professional solution for customer inquiries.
• Working to meet immediate goal of customer interaction.
• Managing frequent customer feed or questions.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction level.
• Things to support related to Chinese to achieve job goal.
• Completed assignment reports to send for direct upper manager/team manager.
Yêu cầu
• Female, under 35 year old
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese both spoken and written is a must (HSK 5-6); ability to communicate with Chinese and Taiwanese guests smoothly.
• Prioritize who has ability to communicate like a native Chinese speaker.
• University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or related service industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer service standard and process
• Ability to handle stress to operate under deadlines
• Solving problem base upon deeply understanding the industry, operation and procedures
• Understanding cooperate culture and implement upon it to satisfy player for long term relationship
• Able to work rotate shift, night shift
