Softel is hiring for the following positions:
CALL AGENT
Salary: VND 15,000,000 - 17,000,000/month (Gross)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide customer support for the US market.
Listen to customers, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow company procedures, scripts, and service standards.
Update customer information and handle service-related requests.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
No sales and no sales KPI.
Working Schedule
Monday - Friday
Saturday & Sunday off
Night shifts:
22:00 - 07:00, or
23:00 - 08:00
Requirements
High school diploma or above.
Good English communication skills.
No English certificate required.
Previous Customer Service/Call Center/BPO experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply and will receive training.
Willing to work night shifts.
CALL AGENT - WEEKEND
Salary: VND 16,000,000 - 18,000,000/month (Gross)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for the US market.
Assist customers with service-related questions and issues.
Provide accurate and professional information based on company procedures.
Follow customer service standards and internal processes.
Maintain a positive customer experience.
Full training will be provided.
Working Schedule
Saturday & Sunday + weekdays according to the assigned schedule.
Night shift.
Requirements
Good English communication skills.
Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
Able to work night shifts and weekends.
Previous Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO experience is an advantage.
TICKET AGENT
Salary: VND 11,000,000 - 13,000,000/month (Gross)
Job Responsibilities
Receive and process customer requests through the ticketing system.
Review customer information and identify appropriate solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
Coordinate with relevant teams when further support is required.
Follow internal procedures and response-time standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer cases.
Working Schedule
Monday - Friday
Day shift
Requirements
English certificate OR previous Customer Service experience in a BPO environment.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple customer requests.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Ticket Support, or BPO is an advantage.
