· Responsible for providing surveillance services to the entire Palazzo Club operation in full compliance with Palazzo policies, procedures and standards while delivering exceptional
customer service;
· Responsible for maintaining operational functions of all surveillance equipment;
· Protect of casino assets by means of surveillance of Palazzo Club operations as well as detecting and reporting any methods of cheating, theft, embezzlement, or other illegal activities throughout the Club.
· Rapidly detect and respond to any threat or incident of cheating of our games, internal and external theft and fraud, or harm to our employees and guests.
· Monitor and track the entire operation of the Palazzo Club in full compliance with the organization's regulations and policies while delivering exceptional customer service;
· Maintain operational functions of all monitoring devices
· Monitor and protect assets as well as detect and report illegal and break the regulations behaviours leading to harms and affects organization's customers and employees
Graduated high school and above.
Have knowledge in security and surveillance fields.
Have knowledge of
international games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Sicbo and Slot Machine)
Prior experience in casino surveillance.
Ability to write multiple reports by proper English.
