KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver full life-cycle recruiting: to source, screen, conduct initial interview and prepare candidates for final interviews with hiring managers; offer job to selected candidate(s) and complete the onboard process.
Identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs.
Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
Build applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Participate actively in job fairs and close collaborate with major universities
Participate in promoting internship program, hiring and prepare for new interns onboard; monitoring intern job contributions.

REQUIREMENT:

Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment field
Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task
A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
Prior at least 1 - 2 year experience as a talent acquisition specialist/ recruiter/ headhunter
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key
