Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Purpose of the job

This job role contributes to Starbucks success by handling strategic staffing goals to attract, develop and retain a high-quality diverse workforce. Concentrates on recruiting in both operations and support center positions, up to senior/HOD-level. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.



Job Description

• Perform analysis of hiring needs and update labor market trend to provide employee hiring forecast and recommendation

• Build-up and develop pool of active and passive candidate through current and expanding channels to meet both mass and non-mass hiring demands

• Perform full cycle of recruitment process including interviewing, selecting, and offering.

• On-board and ensure delivery of warm Starbucks experience to successful candidates. (This involves lots of administrative tasks).

• Lead employer branding initiatives to promote Starbucks as an employer of choice

• Develop and maintain diversified candidate distribution channels/tools (SharePoint, HRMS) with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment activities across Starbucks stores in Vietnam.

• Continuously streamlining recruitment and on-boarding SOPs to enhance work efficiency.
