Technical Sales Representative (Food Ingredients)- Contract 1 Year

Job Summary: The technical sales representative is responsible for maintaining and developing business with the existing customers in the area as well as locating and selling to new outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquires a thorough working knowledge of products and applications as well as develops all necessary professional selling skills.
- Maintains and develops relationship efficiently with customers, provides them with commercial and technical services as well as promotes goodwill of the organization to achieve target (KPI) in grow the business, up selling, cross selling and new win for projects.
- Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records (contact, data, projects...) of all current customers and prospective customers.
- Plans the itinerary and customers' visits and reports in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly basis.
- Good at understanding knowledge of functional ingredient and develop formulation for milk powder. Especially to be confident on explanation, presenting and convince customers to apply the ingredients.
- Responds to all customers' problems on products, delivery, documents, etc.
