Mô tả công việc

Basic responsibility is to provide the technical support to the local service partner and/or end users.
The person is measured by how effectively he can locally provide pre and post sales technical support in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company's strategies and vision.

Yêu cầu

Required Qualifications:
College degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year working experience in technical support or customer service.
Ability to communicate in English is and write all the technical documents.
Armed with skills to repair or guide the partners and customers to solve the technical problems.
Demonstrate ability to manage projects and spare-parts warehouse.
Possess passion to self-learn and ability to learn how to repair the new products.
Have good communication skills and perform training or product/solution demonstration to the customer.
Possess knowledge on computer operations hardware and office applications such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, PPT; be familiar with the working principles about the mechanism, electronics and optics.
Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
We need to recruit one engineer in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh each.
