We are looking for candidates for the position of Temporary Sales Support Executive (Freight Forwarding) to join our team in Ha Noi with the contract of 8 months.
RESPONSIBLES:
· Check buying costs and prepare the quotation as per local sales' request for all shipments which depart or arrive in Vietnam and all domestic in Vietnam.
. After having received rate confirmation from customers or local sales, CS prepares the booking request, and the handling instruction & sends it to in charge of operation ASAP at least after one working day.
. Following up on all shipments of sales to make sure cargo will be handled smoothly until delivery successfully.
· Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of sales meetings, preparation of
sales collateral material, MoM, client SOPs, Contract, Credit terms.
· Maintain customer tariffs; administrate necessary activities including rate increases and schedules.
· After-sales customer care- support sales/KAM to solve all customer's feedback
· Entertains and assists the needs of customers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality customer service
· Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues
· Manage a favorable commercial relationship with the assigned account(s) that will promote
customer satisfaction and loyalty, business growth, and profitability.
· Provide a backup function to the assigned
Business Development Manager and other CS members when needed.
· Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management.
· Make quotations to customers and other supports as assigned by
Business Development Manager and support the Tender & Pricing & CS Manager when they go out.
Measurement
· Timeliness and accuracy of quotations sent to customers.
· Timeliness and accuracy of rates required by the Sales team.
. Timeliness and accuracy of system updates and reports.
· Quality service requested by customers.
· Business implementation and follow-up.
· DSO for the client.
· Customer satisfaction survey index.
