Mô tả công việc
This position is responsible for the daily monitoring of outbound shipments from shipping origin through delivery to the destination. This focus is to ensure on time delivery to the destination.
► Cargo tracking/tracing:
- Keeping track and tracing Samsung shipment schedule every day from being loaded on board (ETD/ATD) until discharging at destination (ETA/ATA).
- Create and send daily shipment tracking reports to the customer and other relevant parties.
- Ensure that ETD/ATD, ETA/ATA are updated in the company's system (Cello) on a daily basis.
- Get delay and misconnection notices from carriers and send them to the customer and other parties.
- Address any issues or trouble that arise within the job's scope.
- Focus on key details on exact specifications of shipments.
- Be in charge of Accounts assigned by Manager.
- Comply with any other tasks or assignments given by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
► Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience working in the Logistic industry or global forwarding companies.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft office such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skill.
- Good organizational skill and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Good time management skill.
- Be able to work independently, under high pressure & be able to do multi-task, work overtime.
► Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist.
- Working time: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM - 5.35 PM with flexible 1-2 days off per week
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
