Position Summary: The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire transportation operations within the casino, ensuring efficient and secure transport services for casino guests and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all transportation activities, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
Supervise a team of drivers and transportation staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Develop and implement efficient transportation schedules and processes to enhance service delivery.
Monitor and manage transportation costs, including fuel, maintenance, and staffing, to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
Ensure compliance with all local transportation laws and regulations.
Handle the procurement and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and meet the needs of the operation.
Train new staff on safe driving practices and the use of transportation technology systems.
