Mô tả công việc
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with foreign banks, investment
funds, financial institutions and corporate companies to support the company's
funding and liquidity needs.
• Initiate and lead negotiations on bilateral or syndicated loan agreements,
covering key terms such as interest rates, collateral, maturity, and covenants.
• Coordinate with legal and accounting teams to draft, review, and execute credit
facility agreements.
• Monitor disbursement schedules, repayment obligations, and compliance with
lending terms.
• Actively participate in formulating Kafi's capital raising strategy and offshore
borrowing plan.
• Keep updated on interest rate trends, FX risks, and cross-border financing
opportunities.
• Support cross-selling of treasury products.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, International Business, Banking, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in working with foreign financial institutions or corporate client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent command of English (both verbal and written) in financial contexts.
• Familiarity with capital market, international credit structures, offshore lending practices, and risk analysis.
• Prior experience at an investment bank, treasury division, or financial advisory firm is preferred.
