- Proven experience in building and scaling customer service processes
- Ability to interface directly with customers, understand their needs, and advocate for them within the organization
- Proven experience or strong interest in building and scaling customer service teams
- Basic proficiency in technology and interest in innovating beyond manual processes
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Has learned something new in the past year (expect that as the first interview question!)
