About Job
The Bike Service Quality Audit Lead ensures that all service centers and technicians adhere to quality standards and compliance protocols through audits, training, and improvement projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of service centers and assess compliance with service SOPs.
Identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service centers.
Work closely with the Training and Operations team to refine processes.
Department Interactions:
Service Centers: Enforce quality guidelines.
Training Team: Identify skill gaps for improvement.
