1. Execute sales strategies to maximize market share. Responsible for achieving sales in line with company targets
2. Monitor sales result, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned.
3. Managing & using the budget effectively to ensure the achievement of business goals
4. Orient the distribution strategy for
business development and build national wide distribution systems
5. Work directly with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the FMCG industry, MT and HRC sales channel, Canned Foods products
6. Interact with existing Customers/Distributors/Vendors, regularly to gain feedback on quality and services
7. Raise company's product awareness by working with marketing and transportation and logistics teams
8. Inspiring, motivate, coaching, develop sub-ordinate to deliver business objective & personal development plan.
9. Courage & actively give and seek for feedback from line manager and colleagues
10. Analyze sales data and present monthly sales analysis
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree or above
Experience in FMCG markets, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Distributor channels
Good knowledge of trade structure and sales-force management
Good knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Sales and Distribution plans,
trade marketing tools
At least 15 years of experience in consumer sales. Experience in leading a team and implement DMS program is a plus
Multi-National FMCG company work experiences, Regional sales manager,
Sales Director levels, are welcome
Must be able to travel upcountry to provinces in Vietnam to meet clients
Good command in written and spoken English (and Vietnam is a plus)
Ability to quickly establish credibility, influence others, build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally
Good analytical and strategic thinking
