POSITION OVERVIEW:
The position also takes responsibility for managing employees and operations in Ha Noi office.
The Senior Director is a proactive person who is constantly seeking growth opportunities, networking and widening their circle of influence in the real estate sector in Ha Noi / the North of Vietnam, aiming to take this new business forwards effectively.
This position runs the sales activities of the organization, including representing the organization to promote and sell its services to individuals or other organizations. Activities include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential clients; managing existing client relationships; conducting sales training; developing solutions to enhance current or cultivate new client relationships; conducting business development activities; and spearheading sales operations and administration.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
• Connecting new clients with appropriate sales staff
• Establishing relationships with potential clients
• Conducting marketing and feasibility studies
• Network to build the presence and reputation of company in Ha Noi and the surrounding areas.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Market research and landlord connection in Da Nang, Vinh Phuc, Nghe An, Quang Ngai, Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Binh Dinh
• Producing reports and recommendations regarding competitive trends, emerging market opportunities, and strategic areas of interest
Responsible for retaining and strengthening client relationships.
• Planning and strategizing activities to retain and expand current client relationships
• Ensuring high-quality client experience and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
• Identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
• Completing relationship management activities, including portfolio and asset management
Responsible for assessing potential/existing client needs, identifying appropriate services, and moving clients along the sales cycle.
• Assessing client needs and suggesting appropriate services and/or solutions
• Executing face-to-face and remote sales to new clients and cross/up/repeat sales to existing clients
• Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations
• Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted clients
Direct all Hanoi office's operational aspects
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Works to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on policies, practices and procedures
• Performs other related duties as required or requested
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Meet goals and metrics
• Bring out the best of Ha Noi office's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Communicates with parties within and outside of own department, which include external clients or partners depending upon the department
SCOPE OF WORK
• Follows established methods and procedures, but may have freedom to determine priorities for completion of tasks
• Freedom to determine the methods to be used to fulfill the position's responsibilities and how to accomplish desired goals and objectives
PEOPLE LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads/Assigns/Delegates tasks to direct reports and manages a team

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
• A good team player with a positive attitude and a strong moral work ethic
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management capacity
• Smart and outgoing personality; tech-savvy, energetic and hard-working
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• A charismatic leader who can inspire and motivate
• Selling, marketing, and negotiating skills
• Having at least 10 years of working experience in Real Estate field, deep understanding of Hanoi and the North of Viet Nam's real estate, property market and the competitive landscape
• Sales-driven, compelling manager who can seize new clients and have the skills and leadership to maintain current business
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics
• Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the corporate function/service line
• Typically requires University degree or equivalent professional certification, Bachelor of Business Management, Economics, Foreign Trade
