- Highlights to Head of Commercial on observations of market dynamics for example competitors' behavioral patterns
- Become a central part of building up Forto in Vietnam
- Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
- Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers
- Be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of Forto&039;s customer portfolio in Vietnam
- Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
- Work closely with our customers, maintaining our customer relationships and actively contributing to their and our success
- Informal influence to enable improvement and change within the organization
- Be responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure contract renewals
- Establish and present customized offers to customers
- Implement sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
- Maintain good communication and working relationship with other departments in Forto
- Anticipate future customer needs and improve our customer platform in close cooperation with our product development team
Yêu cầu
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- 2+ years of sales and account management experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Reliability, independence, high motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding team
- A customer centric mindset and experience in driving business development
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
