WHAT YOU WILL DO?
Procurement
• Manage procurement Purchase order of Food and Beverage
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
• Sourcing supplier for Food & Beverage items when demand arises: Irregular request, Project, New Store opening, New Menu
• Responsible for both domestic and imported Food and Beverage
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
Planning & Strategy
• Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure forecast are met
• Support SCM Manager in preparing forecast for Food and Beverage
Supplier management
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications
Others
• Support and coach the SCM Executive to enhance their career and professional development.

Yêu cầu

ARE YOU A "FIT"?
• Strong negotiation skill with the parties such as supplier, restaurant staff
• Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
• 2-3 years of experience in SCM & import - export field, SCM experience in F&B field is advantage;
• Business level English and Native level Vietnamese;
• Result-oriented mind-set;
• Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
