We are looking for a Lubrication Systems Sales Manager with strong business acumen and to be able to drive Lubrication business in Vietnam together with Service and Sales team; this role shall be able to develop sales funnel and apply strategic selling to successfully promote SKF Lubrication Systems business model and value offering to increase overall SKF Vietnam business both transactional products and service.
Key Responsibilities
The role is to take care for Lubrication Systems products and services offering which is base on customer requirements.
- Develop sales through SKF Lubrication Systems Distributor and end user.
- Actively promote the SKF Lubrication Systems products and services.
- Identify and sourcing new market opportunities.
- Prepare and conducting presentations to customers.
- Maintain relationships and ensuring all existing customer requirements are met.
- Work accordingly to HOD require to ensure the growth of Lubrication Systems and SKF Vietnam
- Provide specialized information as required.
- Responsible for all technical communication among SKF and customers.
- Provide competitor information and well technical assistance to the customers.
- Qualify sales enquiries and generating quotations.
- Manage market trend, develop/implement various sales activities to achieve sales target
- Work closely with Key Account team as part of the team to promote Lubrication Systems product.
- Develop relationship in customer organization to strengthen SKF businesses and preferences.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications is an advantage
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent industry experience.
PRE-REQUISITES
- Experience in complex technical sales and consultancy is preferred
- Understanding of different maintenance philosophies and practices
- Minimum 5 years' experiences in Sales with a good track record, especially background in products & services for industrial machinery Lubrication Systems.
- Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability practices in an industry.

- Excellent networking capability to draw support from local and region to help win and execute projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver operational results
- Good command in English
- Technical acumen combined with financial / business understanding
- Knowledge of process industries is added advantage i.e., Mining, Power, P & P, Steel, O & G, Cement and F & B
- Ability to negotiate with senior management or corporate executives to win strategic long-term Agreements.
- Behavioural skill set: Outside in, Problem solving, Analytical skills, Creativity, Teamwork, Conflict Resolution
- Outside in perspective and customer centricity
- Knowledge on Distribution Management / Channel Partners Management
- Ability to understand and proactively develop new strategies to acquire new market based on changing market situation, competitor activities
