Mô tả công việc

- Take part in special projects, Initiate partnership activities to increase multiple sales channels
- Evaluate and design KPIs, trackers from scratch to measure and boost key business metrics
- Conduct long-term strategy thinking, analyze market activities, competitors to come up with recommendations to upgrade value proposition
- Devise and execute new processes to enhance internal productivity and efficiency
- Come up with suggestions to boost sales, seek sources of growth for the business
- Perform multiple analysis related sales, customer segmentation, assortment
- Take part in various business activities, work with multiple teams to seek, analyze and find solutions to existing and hidden problems
- Conduct cost analysis and improve internal performance to arrive to expected profitability
- Initiate and ignite internal discussions, inter-team collaboration & problem solving

Salary & Benefit
● Attractive salary
● Working time is 9:00 - 17:30 with 30 min lunch break from Monday to Friday
● Salary review twice a year in January and July
● Working address: The Manor 2, 91 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District.
● 13 month bonus
● Annual Leave is 12 days/year after probation period
