Role Description
Job Responsibility
Provide a Google and high quality customer support experience for end user thru phone/email/chat, in order to increase lifetime value, and overall satisfaction with Google Play hardware and digital content.
Provide strategic and consultative advise and help solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from your market. Fast learner of new technical skills and proactive about staying up to date on Google Play technical and product details.
Google One / Hardware / Play & Digital Content Customer Support:
• Provide outstanding customer service to Google&039;s users over phone, email, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues.
• Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
• Proactively develop innovative ideas to drive process, product and support improvements.
Training & Development:
• Support less experienced colleagues on the desk through joint working, monitoring, direct feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Attend training on new/updated products or procedures.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirement
• Minimum 1 year in customer service/sales.
• Knowledgeable on Google Play Store Digital Content and Google Hardware Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Experience in IT/BPO Industry is optional.
• Ability to convey technical topics to a wide variety of callers with varying technical skills levels.
• Ability to develop in-depth technical knowledge about Google hardware & digital content products.
• Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous and changing work environment.
• Ability to work within tight time constraints and maintain call quality, provide excellent documentation and be processional and courteous.
• High school degree required, College degree preferred.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is optional Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English.
• Server knowledge and troubleshooting skills considered a plus.
• Proven demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in technical troubleshooting skills.
