Accurately documents any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 48 hours or before (damage shortages, overages, etc.).
Uploads clear, accurate pictures associated with damage, into database.
Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the Customer Service /Accountant/ Warehouse Keeper and team.
Attaches the receiving packing list/Order receipt to the assigned project in database.
Updates pallet locations/stocks location in database.
Sends list of orders and prints order documents to provide to Warehouse keeper and dispatcher - make sure all the orders are updated.
Receives and supports the processing of product returned from customers.
Creates warehouse tags for returned product and updates location of product in database.
Completes the other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Have background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration is preferred.
Have experience in using Microsoft Excel.
Basic English (all skills).
Handle multiple of tasks: data entry, paperwork, etc.
Able to work under pressure.
