- Monitor business performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed

- Develop and deliver plans and solutions focusing on growth and managing the new business pipeline
- Conduct pricing and develop proposals for new business to achieve commercial targets

- Acquire more clients through Real-estate Projects, Real estate Agents, targeting lists or middle/ senior executives working for large /Multinational companies.
- Cross-sell multiple standard products to affluents clients based on identified needs eg:Wealth , FX.

- 8 Represent SPCT in Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote SPCT's services, build brand visibility, and establish new business connections
- Demonstrate success in identifying, pursuing, and securing major business opportunities through both individual initiative and teamwork, across competitive and non-competitive sales environments

- Develop and execute business development plans to identify, evaluate, and structure key transactions, ensuring maximum value throughout the product life cycle
- Attend external visits to clients and prospects and conduct business development activities outside of the APLL office

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape
- Expand business operations by exploring potential customer bases and strategic partnerships

- At least 5 years of business development experience or have experience as R&D positions or Technical Sales in the food, nutrition and/or food supplements industry
