Overall manage service section of CustomerServiceDepartment in providing efficient, satisfactory.
Manage the performance of CustomerService in charge of import and export goods and domestic CustomerService in compliance with the Company's process and SOP with customers.
Support and coordinate with Sales/Cus/DocDepartment to resolve related issues.
