1. Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to:
Client Management
Manage and lead multiple key accounts or dedicated big account for social commerce plan
Update teams & partners on the ever-changing media & social commerce landscape
Offer rationalized strategic recommendations to business partners and stakeholders based on experience and industry knowledge (build JBP with right third parties)
Client Leadership - responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, researching, managing milestones, and approvals
Project Management
Hands-on with the core principles of
digital marketing especially influencer marketing and ecommerce.
Cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams to deliver on business requests
Guide & lead the team to ensure timely delivery and process adherence
Take ownership of accounts and/or projects from start to finish
Build & strengthen partner relationships by looking for opportunities beyond the current scope
Understand and be familiar with the process of both: internal and client's side to ensure the project cash-flow.
Problem Solving
Supervise and mentor the team to drive productivity and chemistry
Support other tasks if needed.
Understand the platform algorithms (TikTokshop - Shopee - Meta...) and direction in short/long time to propose initiatives to create higher performance.
2. Qualifications
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Minimum 4 years of experience in an Advertising Marketing agency. Having Influencer marketing experience is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in the position of Account Manager, with proven ability to lead a team of 2-5 members.
Prior experience in professional client relationship management is mandatory
Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems is mandatory
Experience in a fast-paced work environment

Must have:
Strong business acumen - ability to scope out & initiate new ideas to drive GMV of key clients
Data driven mindset - ability to frame commercial plan & generate data driven approach with tangible goals
Interested & passionate about KOLs landscape, social trends - having strong relationship with top KOLs/ MCN is much appreciated
Strong project management - ability to simplify complex projects & breakdown into clear timeline, deliverables to keep everything on tracks
Willing to learn attitude & critical thinking
