Mô tả công việc
Zalo Delivery & Mini App Channel Management
- Support the development and day-to-day operation of Zalo Delivery and Zalo Mini App as owned commerce channels.
- Collaborate with digital, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow, accurate menu/product display, and effective promotional deployment.
- Plan and implement channel-specific campaigns, flash sales, and loyalty offers to drive acquisition and frequency.
- Track performance KPIs (ADS, CR, GMV, ROI) and propose improvement plans based on customer behavior and sales insights.
- Work closely with the CRM team to integrate membership benefits and personalized offers on Zalo platforms.
TikTok Shop Execution
- Coordinate with content and e-commerce teams to plan and execute promotional livestreams and product showcases on TikTok Shop.
- Support campaign calendar, stock readiness, and creative planning to drive visibility and conversion.
- Track TikTok Shop metrics (traffic, views, conversion, sales) and propose data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with KOLs/influencers and TikTok reps to scale promotional reach and brand affinity.
Membership Growth & Engagement
- Support the execution of the membership program across digital platforms, driving user registration, retention, and repeat purchase.
- Coordinate campaign mechanics, rewards, and communication flows to encourage website/Zalo registrations and loyalty engagement.
- Analyze member data to understand behaviors, segment users, and identify growth opportunities.
- Align with CRM, Brand, and Digital teams to deploy cross-channel loyalty campaigns.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, CRM, or
Digital Marketing; candidates with prior experience in the F&B industry are highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Zalo OA, Mini App, and TikTok Shop mechanics; understanding of user journeys and conversion optimization.
- Ability to identify customer needs, behaviors, and conversion triggers to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or TikTok Shop backend to track and analyze performance.
- Detail-oriented and organized in coordinating digital campaigns across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with membership structures, customer segmentation, and loyalty campaign execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Operations teams.
- A proactive, fast learner who embraces change and can thrive in a dynamic digital and e-commerce environment.
