JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Improve the quality and content of services to enhance customer satisfaction based on customer feedback
2. Train and support dealers with specific performance targets to improve dealership performance
3. Manage budgets and allocate resources optimally to improve the work efficiency of dealers. Implement improvements to increase the efficiency of the service process, shorten the response time to customers and improve the efficiency of the service (including shortening of take time, leveling of work by promoting reservation, improvement of skills, etc.)
4. Work to improve quality, perform troubleshooting and quality verification collaboration with QC/QA and Production to improve product quality and customer service
5. Understand competitors' service strategies and implement appropriate countermeasures. Introduce new technologies and service methods to improve the customer satisfaction
6. Other tasks assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English (business level)
- 3 years of working experience in the Automotive service field
- Customer service, process improvement, planning & analyzing, developing standards, GRIT
