You Will:
Lead, develop, and motivate your team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure all data in the CRM system is consistently up-to-date and correct.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members to drive their professional development.
Monitor and drive team productivity, removing internal roadblocks and working with the Sales Director to resolve external obstacles.
Lead your team to effectively influence the buying and renewal process, driving greater client satisfaction.
Analyze performance data and market trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays for your team.
Stay current on all client products and market trends, ensuring your team is informed and prepared.
Manage client relationships, communicating quarterly objectives and working closely with contacts on reporting and forecasting.
Act as a point of escalation for the client, working with the Sales Director to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize sales processes and ensure a superior customer experience.
Develop and deliver effective coaching and training programs for the ongoing development of your team.
Coordinate and manage team incentives and SPIFs (Sales Performance Incentive Fund).
