Mô tả công việc
Grow and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and upsell opportunities.
Work closely with the
Project Manager (PM) to oversee client projects and ensure successful execution.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related field.

Fluent English-speaking skills (essential for video calls and face-to-face meetings with clients).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Decision-making capabilities to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
