Contractor - Commercial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY
This contractor role supports the Commercial Operations team in managing commercial data platforms, maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, performing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. The role also supports the administration and utilization of CRM and commercial systems, assists in the execution of data- and technology-related initiatives, and helps ensure compliance with Zoetis policies, data governance standards, and operational requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Analytics
Act as the primary coordinator for commercial data sources, including sales, inventory, CRM, and DMS platforms.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor key commercial performance indicators.
Manage user access to data platforms and dashboards in accordance with approved governance processes.
Provide ad hoc reporting and data extraction support to internal stakeholders.
Support the implementation of data-related projects and system enhancements.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Generate and communicate business insights from commercial data to support decision-making.
Prepare regular performance analyses and reports against business objectives.
Support the adoption and effective use of dashboards and analytics tools through training and user support.
Provide data and analytical support for sales incentive programs, field force effectiveness initiatives, and commercial excellence activities.
Deliver market and business intelligence analysis to support portfolio and brand discussions.
CRM & Commercial Systems
Administer user access and data maintenance across CRM and commercial systems, including Salesforce and DMS.
Support the day-to-day operation of DMS, including user management, system configuration, and vendor coordination.
Maintain customer master data, segmentation, and profiling information in CRM systems.
Support CRM-related projects, enhancements, and system rollouts.
Provide end-user training and support to promote effective utilization of CRM and commercial systems.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data management platforms.
