Mô tả công việc
Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and messaging platforms during night shifts.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
Escalate urgent or complex customer issues to the appropriate internal departments for prompt resolution.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products, internal policies, and service guidelines to provide effective support.
Collaborate with team members to track recurring issues and suggest improvements to current service workflows.

Yêu cầu
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
Demonstrate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) across all four core skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability to work night shifts and weekends according to the assigned rotating duty roster.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new operational processes and product knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional attitude when handling customer inquiries via chat and email.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) across all four core skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Competitive monthly income ranging from 14,500,000 VND to 15,500,000 VND, with 100% salary paid during the probation period.
Salary is processed from the first to the last day of the month and paid on the final day of each month.
Full enrollment in social, health, and unemployment insurance as per labor regulations, plus 24/7 accident insurance coverage.
Work schedule includes 9 hours per shift, featuring 1.5 hours of break time in a fully equipped Sleeping Room for rest.
Fixed day off on Sundays plus one additional weekday off, along with 14 days of paid annual leave.
Night shift allowance set at 30% of the base salary.
Annual 13th-month salary and Tet holiday bonuses based on actual months worked.
Comprehensive annual health check-ups and ongoing health support programs.
Complimentary coffee provided daily for all employees.
