Customer Care for Existing Clients
Repeat regular orders and products based on customer demand.
Proactively contact customers to confirm orders, models, quantities, and production schedules.
Timely update customers on order status and delivery times.
Coordinate Production to Ensure Timeliness
Collaborate with the production, QA, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Participate in internal meetings (if any) to update production plans and relay information to customers.
Handle Complaints and Feedback
Receive and resolve customer complaints.
Coordinate with related departments (production, QA, planning, etc.) to provide solutions and respond to customers as soon as possible.
Prepare ICAR (Internal Corrective Action Report) if necessary.
Introduce and Advise on New Products
Update information on new products from the company.
Consult and introduce new models, designs, and product lines that suit customer preferences and needs.
Monitor the effectiveness of suggestions and collect customer feedback.
Data Management and Reporting
Update customer database, transaction history, quotations, feedback, etc.
Prepare periodic reports on order status, revenue, arising issues, and suggest service improvements.
