Customer Service (Night Shift)

Customer Service - Nail Industry Experience Preferred
Location: 2C Lam Son, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Binh)
Working Hours (Night Shift): Shift 1: 20:00 - 04:00 AM
Base Salary: 12 - 14 million VND/month + Allowance + KPI

Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and Vietnamese.
Provide customer support for business customers across the US mostly nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops and fast food establishments.
Provide accurate information and support customers with product/service-related issues.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer support.
Working Schedule
Shift 1: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Shift 2: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM
5.5 days per week
On-site working at the company office
Requirements
Experienced in customer care or call centers is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking).
Good English communication skills are a strong advantage (English level IELTS 5.5 - 6.0 or equivalent)
Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
Own a laptop/PC to support in case of emergencies.
Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well-being for nighttime work.
