Mô tả công việc
This position is responsible for managing key customer accounts to ensure customer
satisfaction, operational excellence, effective coordination among customers and internal
stakeholders, and achievement of agreed service levels.
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth shipment execution and effective exception handling.
- Serve as the primary contact point for customers on service-related matters and handle escalations when required.
- Monitor shipment activities, identify service risks, and drive timely resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Key Account Management, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and maintain service excellence.
- Prepare and maintain shipment reports, KPI reports, Statements of Account (SOA) and other management reports as required.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu
• Good operational knowledge of Airfreight, Ocean freight, Land ...
• Good analytical skills /written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Teamwork, problem solving, customer focus and continuous improvement
• Able to work under tight datelines
• Proficiency in MS office, including MS World, Excel, Power Point
• Fluent Vietnamese in both speaking and writing
• Good command of written and spoken English
• 2 years of working experience in relevant job
• Bachelors in Foreign Trade/ Economics is preferable
• Good analytical skills /written and interpersonal communication skills.
