Mô tả công việc
• Receive, handle customer service requests, and provide optimal solutions regarding the company's services
• Guide, train, and support customers in utilizing the services and platforms of the Company and Alibaba Group
• Coordinate with the Sales Department on tasks related to customer support
• Connect and work with partners and relevant departments to thoroughly resolve any issues arising from customers
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or higher (Majors in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Languages, or related fields are preferred)
• Prior experience in Customer Service (CS) or a solid understanding of the E-commerce market is a plus
• Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• Confident and persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Strong independent thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to conduct research and work effectively in a team environment
