As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office.
Job description as below :
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments, and collect the necessary Letter of indemnity to facilitate the issuance of B/L, and issue invoice.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to expedite the resolution of pending matters related to B/L issuance.

Preferred majors: Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional and friendly communication style
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
Additional Criteria
Age: 28 or younger
