The
Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing manufacturing and business data within a packaging production environment.
This role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards, monitoring production KPIs, and providing data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, production performance, quality control, and business decision-making in a manufacturing (packaging) company.
The position also supports reporting automation and collaborates with IT and production teams to improve data quality and internal reporting systems.

1. Manufacturing Data Analysis | Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất
• Collect, clean, and standardize data from production lines, ERP systems, and other internal sources.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, production efficiency, material usage, waste rate, and productivity KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
2. KPI Reporting & Power BI Dashboard | Báo cáo và Dashboard
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards for manufacturing and business performance tracking.
• Build KPI frameworks for production, quality, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data.
• Create automated reporting solutions to support management decision-making.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for Production, Quality, and Management teams.
3. Data Processing & Automation | Xử lý và tự động hóa dữ liệu
• Work with SQL and Excel (advanced) to extract and transform data.
• Support automation of reporting processes using VBA, Power Query, or other tools.
• Improve data collection processes and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT team to enhance data systems and reporting infrastructure.
4. Manufacturing System & Process Support | Hỗ trợ hệ thống sản xuất
• Support requirement gathering for internal reporting and manufacturing systems.
• Participate in improving data flow between production, warehouse, and business systems.
• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and planning teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in system enhancement projects related to reporting and data visualization.
5. Data Governance & Quality Control | Quản trị dữ liệu
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of manufacturing data.
• Identify data issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support standardization of data definitions and KPI measurements.
