Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for the US market.
Execute and optimize campaigns across other digital channels such as: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Email Marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), SEO collaboration with internal/external teams
Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage tracking and ensure accurate data measurement using GTM, GA4, conversion APIs, and other analytics tools.
Lead A/B testing for landing pages, ad creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Analyze campaign data and produce detailed performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
Collaborate with Content, Design, and Product teams to develop performance-focused landing pages and creative assets.
Propose strategic plans to scale performance, reduce cost, and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in
digital marketing and US advertising platforms.
4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong focus on performance marketing.
Proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 additional platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, or SEO tools.
Strong English skills (written and spoken) to work with US teams/clients.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Data Studio (Looker Studio) and tracking best practices.
Basic understanding of website structure, conversion tracking, and simple HTML/CSS is a plus.
