KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Employer Branding:
Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance Starbucks Vietnam's employer brand.
Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
Collaborate with relevant departments/ agencies to create and maintain a compelling employee value proposition (EVP).
Build and nurture relationships with universities and relevant organizations to support recruitment efforts.
2) Internal Communication:
Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
Create and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and employee events.
Ensure consistent and transparent communication across the organization.
Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make improvements as needed.
3) Content Creation:
Produce engaging and informative content for both internal and external audiences.
Develop employee stories, success stories, and company updates to build a strong brand image.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations.
4) Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Organize and promote employee recognition programs and events.
Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements.
5) Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute internal communication strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proven experience in employer branding, internal communication, or a related role.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling content.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree.
