Mô tả công việc
- Organizing and maintaining maintenance logs, service records, and technical reports.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections, ensuring timely completion.
- Acting as a liaison between engineering, housekeeping, front office, and other hotel departments for maintenance updates and requests.
- Drafting reports, emails, and correspondence related to engineering tasks.
- Monitoring and updating inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment used by the engineering team.
- Coordinating with external vendors for service contracts, parts ordering, and repairs.
- Ensuring that safety documentation is up to date and assisting with safety audits.
- Supporting the engineering department with budget tracking, cost reporting, and invoice processing.
- Assisting with onboarding or training new engineering staff in administrative procedures.
- Managing guest service requests related to engineering issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Organizing and preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up for engineering department meetings.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospitality or facilities management environment.
Experience in managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating tasks within a team or department.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software, as well as familiarity with maintenance management systems.
