Summary: Sales Operation Specialist is essential role for managing and ensuring the contract/ order, logistics and documentation necessary for the shipping of goods smoothly with excellent service to customers, to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.
1/ Sales operation:
Handle singed contract, purchase order from
Business Development Department.
Monitor shipment progress, logistics, tracking and reporting any delays or changes to the customer, ensure timely delivery and service.
Communicate with other divisions/ departments: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Logistics, etc... to ensure smooth export operations.
Maintain accurate records of forecast, shipments, inventory, and transactions.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
2/ Internal Operation:
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in sales operations.
Generate reports on export activity as needed.
Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain an organized filing system.
