* Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources operations at our manufacturing facility in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support factory operations.
- Manage recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and training.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software. E.g SAP SuccessFactors
