Internal Position Title: Account to Report Supervisor - Under 3P Contract
Function: Technologies and Analytics
Sub-function: Business Services
Location: No. 58 Vo Van Tan, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
Duration: 8 months Temporary Contract
1. Purpose of the Job
Provide day to day management of the Business Services processes that include accounting booking (GL booking, monthly closing, BS Reconciliation)
Perform ATR's activities in order to meet SLA/KPI requirements at optimal cost(monthly group report, support internal and external audit)
Ensure proper internal controls & MICS - are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected, the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls in ATR processes
Communicate with customers in terms of process change and deliver feedback on time
Assist the line manager to standardize and optimize the process
Assist implementation and standardization of finance projects in BU
Assist the line manager in the delivery of best service and create visible value for the clients

Assist the Line Manager implements projects and standardization for BU
Assist EP team implements excellence program and achieve the required scores
3. Accountabilities
Routine management
Perform day to day Account to Report Process activities to meet SLA/KPI requirements for service (GL booking, monthly closing, BS reconciliation)
Handle reporting process (VAS &IFRS)
Perform processing of complex transactions
Ensure proper internal controls in Solutions ensuring no material weaknesses possible, and MICS compliance
Ensure alignment to Macro Processes, Risk Management, Routine Management
Assist EP project implementation within the team
Assist Line Manager to deliver business case of each initiative
Analysis and solve problems with PDCA
Customer relationship management
Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping to meet the customer's needs and serve as the escalation point for customers
