Mô tả công việc
[protected info] is seeking an intern GD's Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll provide support to the GD across various administrative functions, gaining valuable exposure to different operational areas.
Responsibilities (Full-time position):
· HR & Administration:
o Assist with employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks.
o Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
o Manage office supplies and equipment.
o Support the Team
· Contract & Documentation Management:
o Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts.
o Rearrange and centralized the system for contracts and agreements.
o Process invoices and purchase orders (POs) according to company procedures.
· Research & Support:
o Conduct research and gather information as needed by the GD.
o Prepare presentations and reports.
o Prepare training materials for new employees in English and Vietnamese

Yêu cầu
· Entry level candidate with academic background in accounting, law or business administration (not mandatory).
· Good organizational skills and eye for detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (extrovert preferred)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to learn very quick and to have ideas to create new processes.
