Job Description
The Group Brand Manager (GBM) drives end-to-end eCommerce growth for a portfolio of brands by combining commercial ownership + eCom enablement solutions. The role owns brand-level P&L, builds growth strategies based on shopper/category insights, and leads cross-functional integrated execution to achieve NMV, revenue, GP and OP targets. The GBM acts as the main business partner for brands and ensures strong joint business planning and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Brand Growth & P&L Ownership
Own performance targets for assigned brands: NMV, revenue, GP, OP, and service penetration.
Build annual brand growth plans aligned with category strategy and Commercial Director direction.
Track performance KPIs, diagnose issues, and drive corrective action.
Strategic & Insight-Based Brand Planning
Translate shopper + platform insights into actionable growth levers
Identify upsell opportunities across OnPoint services (assortment, media, affiliate, livestream...).
Execution Excellence
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with brand principals and platform partners.
Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, channel activations, and e-commerce fundamentals
Work with Performance Marketing, Ops, Supply Chain, CS and Finance to deliver business targets.
Revenue & Profit Optimization
Partner with Revenue Growth Manager (Commercial FBP) on pricing, promo, revenue optimization and ROI improvement.
Manage brand investment budget and improve cost-to-serve efficiency.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with brands and internal stakeholders.
Expand service penetration and commercial opportunities.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop TLDs / KAMs, driving data-driven performance and accountability.
Foster collaboration and alignment across functions.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relevant.
Experience/Industry requirements:
6-8 years in eCommerce / FMCG / retail with P&L responsibility.
Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Experience in eCommerce enabler / agency model is a strong advantage
Experience managing multiple brands or categories simultaneously
Experience with leading large, diverse organizations and managing multi-level teams
Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven stakeholder & relationship management skills.
Experience leading and developing teams.
