Purpose and Scope:
Develop Cross-Border Railway (CBR) products and connect with agents in the North to sell CBR services to China and the EU.
Support the Business Unit Head in achieving profitable growth in sales revenue.
Oversee planning, execution, and management of Operations (OPS) and Customer Service (CS) teams in the North.
Set and implement strategies to boost revenue, customer satisfaction, and service quality
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Coordinate with Commercial, Logistics, and Freight teams to meet sales targets.
Review and report sales performance regularly.
Understand and analyze departmental financial data.
Customer Service:
Act as
Project Manager for key accounts.
Supervise CS team to ensure timely booking and billing.
Monitor vendor service quality and profitability.
Operations:
Collaborate with OPS to resolve transportation issues and control additional costs.
Product Development:
Work with state railway companies (Haraco, Ratraco) and external agents to secure competitive rates.
Cooperate with Southern team to meet budget targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
At least 3 years in logistics sales (preferably in a trucking company).
Proficient in English (Level B), Microsoft Office, data analysis, and budget control.
