Key Responsibilities
Video Editing (70%)
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and motion graphics to create engaging content.
Optimize video formats and storytelling for different social media platforms.
Photography & Videography (30%)
Capture high-quality photos and videos of hairstyles, salon services, products, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand activities.
Assist with lighting, camera setup, and basic production during content shoots.
Working with other team
Working with the Marketing team to transform campaign ideas into compelling visual content.
Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor,
Content Creator, or in a similar creative role.
Proficiency in professional editing software.
Ability to operate cameras and perform basic photography/videography setups.
Good aesthetics taste to create branding and bilingual content.
Communication, teamwork, time management skills and attention to detail.
Experience producing content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or personal branding is a strong advantage.
Plus Points
Candidates with the following qualifications may be given additional consideration based on their experience and portfolio:
Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere Pro | Final Cut Pro | DaVinci Resolve.
Experience in independently conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative content ideas, especially within the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or personal branding.
English communication skills.
Knowledge of photography, lighting, and content production workflows.

MARKETING TEAM LEADER
Key Responsibilities
Brand Building and Development
Develop a brand development strategy aligned with the business direction.
Ensure consistency in brand image, messaging, and experience across all touchpoints.
Develop marketing plans and coordinate with the Board of Directors to implement campaigns to boost revenue and brand awareness.
Conceptualize and implement promotional programs.
Team Management
Assign, guide, and develop the Marketing team.
Work with Designers, Photographers, Editors, and business partners.
Develop work processes to improve team efficiency and report activities to the CEO.
Partnership
Build and develop a network of KOLs/KOCs, Influencers, and strategic partners.
Manage collaboration programs with businesses, hotels, OTA platforms, and expat communities
Reporting & Growth
Monitor marketing effectiveness through metrics such as revenue, customers, and media coverage.
Analyze data to optimize campaigns and propose growth solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing channel and allocate resources appropriately.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Brand Marketing or Marketing.
Experience in building and developing brands, preferably in the Beauty, Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Luxury Service industries.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English for communication and work.

Content Marketing
Plan content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Write captions, posts, short video scripts, and promotional content for services.
Collaborate with designers and editors to produce content.

Social Media Management
Manage and develop the brand's social media channels.
Monitor content effectiveness, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
Keep up with new trends to apply to communication strategies.
Partnership & KOL/KOC
Find and work with suitable KOLs/KOCs, influencers, and partners.
Manage collaboration and partnership programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of each campaign.
Reporting & Analysis
Monitor marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Provide regular reports on social media, campaign revenue, and performance.
Collaborate with the operations department to implement promotional programs based on business data and customer behavior.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or equivalent.
Strong communication and content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Creative thinking and good aesthetic sense, especially in the beauty/lifestyle field.
Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Beauty, Hair, Spa, Fashion, or Luxury Service industries.
